Please read these Terms before using VectorDesk. By creating an account, accessing the service, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Financial Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to use VectorDesk. The service is currently intended for users in the United States.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify support@vectordeskapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
One person may not create accounts to evade plan limits, referral rules, security controls, or a suspension.
2. The service
VectorDesk may provide technical bias scores, timeframes, charts, market news, support and resistance levels, research checklists, watchlists, notes, price reminders, market summaries, earnings information, and Pro discovery tools. Features and plan limits may change as the product develops.
Market information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, corrected, or limited to particular venues or providers. A label such as “live” means the latest data available to VectorDesk from the identified feed; it does not guarantee consolidated, exchange-complete, or latency-free market coverage.
3. Pro subscriptions and automatic renewal
Pro is a recurring subscription. Before checkout, VectorDesk displays the selected price and billing interval. Your subscription automatically renews at that same interval and the payment method on file is charged unless you cancel before the next renewal. Taxes may be added where required.
You can cancel online from Dashboard → Plan & billing → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. If you cannot access your account, email support@vectordeskapp.com for another cancellation method.
Stripe or PayPal securely handles full payment credentials. VectorDesk stores limited customer, subscription, transaction, and status identifiers needed to provide and reconcile access. Our Billing & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
We may change future prices by giving legally required notice. A price change does not alter a completed billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You may use VectorDesk for your own lawful research. You may not:
- copy, scrape, bulk download, resell, sublicense, republish, or redistribute market data, news, earnings information, scores, or substantial portions of the service;
- reverse engineer, probe, overload, disrupt, bypass, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or its plan controls;
- use automation that places unreasonable load on VectorDesk or a third-party provider;
- use the service for market manipulation, fraud, unlawful trading, harassment, spam, or infringement;
- misrepresent VectorDesk output as guaranteed, personalized, or professional financial advice; or
- remove notices, source attribution, intellectual-property markings, or risk disclosures.
5. Your content and our intellectual property
You retain ownership of notes and other original content you enter. You grant VectorDesk a limited license to host, process, back up, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you.
VectorDesk's software, design, branding, methodology, text, and original presentation are owned by VectorDesk or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership or third-party data rights.
6. Third-party services and content
VectorDesk relies on providers for authentication, hosting, payments, email delivery, market data, news, earnings information, and linked publisher content. Those providers may apply separate terms. VectorDesk is not responsible for an external website, provider interruption, source correction, or third-party decision.
Links are provided for context and do not imply endorsement. Do not assume that a third-party headline, estimate, calendar date, or feed is complete or current.
7. Affiliate program
Using a VectorDesk referral link or affiliate workspace is also governed by the Affiliate Program Terms. Affiliates must accept those terms before activating or sharing a referral link and must clearly disclose the possibility of earning a commission.
8. Availability, changes, and termination
We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for security, law, provider restrictions, licensing, or product operation. We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, abuse, fraud, nonpayment, legal risk, or harm to the service or others.
You may stop using VectorDesk at any time. Ending an account does not automatically reverse a completed charge; cancel recurring billing separately and review the Billing & Refund Policy.
9. Disclaimers of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTORDESK IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectorDesk and its operators, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits or opportunities; trading losses; loss of data; or reliance on delayed, incomplete, or incorrect information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectorDesk's aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid VectorDesk during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
11. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version and effective date and provide additional notice when legally required. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
