1. Joining and eligibility
You must be at least 18, have a valid VectorDesk account, accept these Affiliate Terms, provide accurate payment and tax information when requested, and comply with applicable law. Participation is a revocable program privilege, not employment, partnership, agency, or a guaranteed source of income.
2. Referral attribution
A visitor must use your valid link and create a new account during the 30-day referral window. The first valid account attribution stored by VectorDesk controls. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, existing users, manipulated attribution, and purchases not reliably connected to your link do not qualify.
3. Qualifying commission
- The commission rate is 30%.
- It applies only to the referred member's first successful subscription payment.
- The eligible base is the amount actually collected after discounts and excluding tax.
- Free accounts, zero-dollar invoices, failed payments, renewals, and unrelated purchases do not qualify.
- Only U.S.-dollar payments supported by the current program qualify.
4. Review, refunds, and reversals
A commission remains in review for at least 30 days after the qualifying payment. A refund, dispute, reversal, fraud signal, self-referral, Terms violation, or payment-provider adjustment can void an unpaid commission. If a commission has already been paid, VectorDesk may offset the amount against a future payout or request repayment.
5. Payouts and taxes
Approved rewards are paid manually using a method arranged with the affiliate. VectorDesk may request identity, payment, or tax documentation before issuing a payout. Timing can depend on verification, provider availability, and applicable holds. VectorDesk does not charge affiliates a program fee.
You are responsible for taxes, reporting, and expenses related to affiliate income. VectorDesk may withhold a payout until required information is supplied and may issue tax forms where required.
6. Required disclosure
Every endorsement or promotion must clearly and conspicuously disclose the financial relationship near the referral link. A suitable disclosure is: “I may earn a commission if you subscribe through this link.” Do not hide the disclosure in a profile, terms page, hashtags, or distant footer.
7. Promotion rules
You may truthfully share your experience and approved VectorDesk materials. You may not use spam, unsolicited bulk messages, cookie stuffing, deceptive redirects, impersonation, false scarcity, fake reviews, misleading earnings claims, promises of trading returns, self-referrals, trademark bidding, unlawful incentives, or content that violates another person's rights.
Do not represent yourself as VectorDesk staff, an investment professional acting for VectorDesk, or someone authorized to provide personalized trade advice.
8. Limited brand permission
While active, you may use approved VectorDesk names and materials only to identify the referral relationship. Do not alter the logo, register confusing domains or social accounts, imply endorsement, or create materials that conflict with the current website. Permission ends when participation ends.
9. Suspension, termination, and changes
We may review promotion, pause links or payouts, void ineligible rewards, or terminate participation for abuse, risk, legal requirements, nonpayment, misleading conduct, or breach. We may change prospective rates or rules with reasonable notice; a change will not retroactively reduce a valid commission already recorded unless it was ineligible or reversed.
