1. Charges and authorization
Before you leave VectorDesk for provider-hosted checkout, we show the selected amount, billing interval, automatic-renewal terms, and cancellation method. By authorizing checkout, you permit the payment provider to charge the payment method on file for the initial term and each renewal until cancellation.
Stripe currently supports card checkout for available terms. PayPal may be offered for supported terms. The payment provider's checkout page displays the final charge, currency, taxes, and payment details before confirmation.
2. How to cancel
Sign in and choose Dashboard → Plan & billing → Manage billing. This opens the provider's secure billing management page. Complete cancellation before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
If you cannot access your account, email support@vectordeskapp.com from the account email and request cancellation. We may verify account ownership before changing billing.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. You retain Pro access until then unless a refund, dispute, legal requirement, or security issue requires earlier deactivation.
3. Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once the paid period begins, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time or a mid-period cancellation.
We will review requests involving a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, unauthorized payment, or material failure to provide paid access. Contact us promptly with the account email, charge date, provider, and a description. Do not send full card or bank-account numbers.
Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment provider and may take additional processing time.
4. Renewal notices and price changes
We or the payment provider will send renewal or price-change notices when required by applicable law. Keep your account email current and review provider emails. A notice may include the renewal date, price, term, and a path to cancel.
Changes to a future price will not retroactively change a completed billing period.
5. Failed payments and disputes
A failed, reversed, refunded, or disputed payment may suspend or end Pro access. Contact support first if you do not recognize a charge or believe there is a billing error so we can investigate with the provider.
